Why Did We Make Our Own Water System vs.
Buying a Ready Made Actuator?
Precision Means Everything!
Today, in the computer driven world,
everything is determined by bits of resolution.
- The normal Actuator Systems available
offer the resolution of 8 bits or 1 position in
256.
- For an 80 gal/min system with an accuracy of 256 bits, the best accuracy
available is .3125 gal/min
increments or 1183 ml/min.
- The JEC MC-C Control offers 16 bit resolution
which is 1 position out of 65,536.
- With a 16 bit resolution, an 80 gal/min system offers .0012 gal/min
resolution or about 9 ml/min.
